No, just like all the migrant travellers we have. If you stay on any campsite they will pay business rates and in effect you will be paying for the services they provide. Indirectly that is.

No you would not be liable to pay council tax as long as you complied with the rules on length of stay in any one place. Council tax is included in the site fees of where you stay unless you use a residential site, then council tax would be payable.

This all depends if you have a fixed base for your motor home. Some people, like people who run fun fairs may travel for 8 months of the year and spend the remaining time at their fixed base may have to pay. It depends on the local council's rules.
If you are going to be traveling 12 months of the year then you won't have to worry. If you have a fixed base I would contact the local council wherever the fixed base is located.

Unless you have a really expensive deluxe one its a fairly rough way to live even for a few weeks, along way from being in your own bed at home.
I did it for three weeks, but by the end I was getting tired of trying to live in such a small place with no proper facilities.
Were all different though :-)
Good luck

No as long as you don't stay too long at one site. But then again I had a static caravan and I could stay for 10 months without having to pay council tax.
