Personally I did this research over 8 years ago, have never paid since, and I have never been audited nor taken to jail because when they threatened me I simply asked for proof and when they couldn't comply they realized they never had a case and the case, when lost, would draw the fraud into the spot light. Actually the IRS DID get to me 8 years ago, I signed in on a class action law suit and I do ask you to research, this is not a law and they can NOT take your assets and whatnot and infact several people ARE NOT paying and its growing by 100s every year. I won't goto jail because I have issued several patitions to the IRS for pre trail research and they have NOT issued anything and dismissed the case and have not filed anymore charges. If you all want to go on danceing to the goverments piper go ahead while your getting robbed several others aren't because they know their rights as US citizens. In the words of Mr. T I pity the fool.
