Please, no one take this the wrong.
I am sure we will be getting money back also, but it will be mailed and I am not sure how much it will be but I am grateful for any amount and it will help out. What I am concerned about is everyone that is making comments like "I needed this money yesterday", "I am counting on this money to pay bills",ect.
What is everyone going to do once the money comes and it is gone just as fast. There isn't "free" money around the cornor again. What would you be doing right now if the tax rebate was never a opiton.
This is in no way directed at any one person,I have asked the same to family/friends that have been making the same comments lately. It actually worries me that so many people are depending on this money to pay their bills,buy food,ect. |

YES!...It is all so confusing, how much are we getting, are we getting one, when will we get it...lots of hype and no definate answers. There is a "Where's my Stimulus" checker on the gov website but it's useless, no one has gotten any info. |

I am and mostly because of the turbo tax thing. I had my refund direct deposit but i paid my fees through sbb&t so I only get a paper check.I sure wouldn't have elected to have those fees taken outta my refund had I known I wouldn't get direct deposit for my rebate.It took a week to finally get someone at the irs that understood that and knew what they were talking about. I need the money now, but am glad to be getting it anyways. |

I think the more people ask about it and the more people give this answer and that answer - it all just adds to the confusion. But I do totally agree with you - too much confusion and we all needed our money like yesterday!! |

I'm trying to wait patiently but, like the other comment said I needed it like yesterday LOL It's a tricky, tough, mind boggling situation but with all the great answers I got with my question -- we'll have to sit back, relax, and just be thankful that some of us are getting it. :) |

I did the wheres my rebate and it said I had entered wrong information, but I had everything right. I am hoping that today they are entering tons of them for tomorrow and monday.. I dont know what the big hoorah was about them being early, because mine was always May 9th and still shows that. I could really use it now. |

I used the websites new "wheres my rebate?" and it told me how much and that it will be deposited tomorrows date.
I am in the first bunch.
I was getting worried.....but I am glad they did the website!
I do know if you had your fees deducted using any tax service, or did a ral you will get a check in the mail.
I checked a few of my friends who are due to get deposits next week and it says error. Mine was the only one due this week, and also showed me the amount and how they figured it out.
I never received anything in the mail about the rebates though. |

What does that mean? I actually enjoy getting free money. Even though I will have to wait as long as any of you, I will still enjoy getting it and will do my part to stimulate the economy by buying American made products with it. |
