After it is completed, you put it in an evelope and mail it to the IRS.

You're best option is to find either an accountant who specializes in taxes or the best option is an EA an enrolled agent. They can help you file the form the correctly. If i had your information in front of me I could help you. If you are in northern IL let me know and I could definitely help with this. If you need help line by line feel free to contact me by email and I will help you.

Can you be more specific in your question? You send it in like any other form. Are you asking how to fill it out? If you go to the link below you can fill it out online and print it. You add all the income subtract deductions and get refund or pay taxes. Did someone die?

Follow the directions then mail it.

A 1041 is a Tax return for filing estate and trusts. This should be filed by a tax account. If you do not have an accountant, please seek out one that is local to you. As this form requires a few one-on-one meetings and a lot of time because it requires a number of questions to be asked and should not be treated haphazardly. If you are in the state of PA, go to this site and contact them, www.gparisjohnson.com. I know they do estate taxes.
