I've used Turbo Tax several times and I have also used others like TaxCut. They are generally the same and very easy to use. Yes you do it all online and it tells you step by step what to do. Give it a try! ;o) |

I use "freetaxact.com" it is the same as Turbo tax but free- you can even submit on line free! The one thing that it does do is it trys to up-sell you to "delux" but you don't need the delux version so just say no! They are both really good programs but the price (free) is better on freetaxact! |

I'm a big dummy when it comes to taxes and computers. I have used Turbo for the past 2 years. You can not make a mistake. It corrects you. I got quick refunds and no problems at all. |

My friend has been using this program to file my taxes for the past 5 years. I've never used the program but if he's used it for this long and he's never made a mistake, I would recommend it to you! :D |

I personally recommend Taxslayer.com It will files your taxes federal and state for you and it is only 9.95. It is so simple and all you have to do is put in your information and it will fill out all the boxes for you. Good luck! |

yes, you can download it, buy the install disk, or do it online. The latest version is as easy as doing a survey. Just be sure to go through all the steps to maximize your deductions. I believe you can get the state and fed done for less than $100.

my mom uses it every year. you just plug in your numbers in the designated boxs and it does all the calculations and stuff for you. |

Yes, just start at the beginning and answer questions and it will all be done. Be sure you have your W2's, 1099,s and any other papers you may need handy when you start. You can quit and come back as many times as you need. Be sure and write you user ID and pass word down where it will be readily available too. It is a mess if you have to hunt for it every time you log in. |

I used it last year and it was relatively easy, but there are places where they don't do a good job of clearly explaining what they are asking for. It's certainly worth the money, especially if you can e-file. It definatly got me deductions that I wouldn't have received otherwise (even at H & R block). |

the product is fine: the problem is if you dont know what to put in, it can cost you: i.e. charitable, employee businss expenses, medical, earned income , etc. if you have a simple return, no problems |
