adrian p | Estate Agents, why do they say....? |
"Viewing Essential", or "Viewing recommended" when selling houses, whats the differance |

It's for their benefit and the vendor's benefit, not yours (as a potential viewer). One of the 'performance indicators' used to judge an estate agent is the number of 'viewings' they generate. They'll say anything to get anyone inside the door - even if the property is nothing like what they're looking for. The first time I bought property I was sent to see loads of stuff that didn't meet my spec in the slightest - then I caught on to their scam. Refuse to view a property unless the details they give you really do meet your minimum criteria. |

It adds an element of emotion into the ads. They are just noise words really, like the involuntary groan during sex. |

They will say anything to get a sale. |

They are trying to sell houses as quickly as possible that's all. |

It's just estate agent speak for a better than average house. they just like to vary it a bit so it's not too boring. Essential is probably a bit better than recommended. but don't count on it. |

they mean the same thing really-every so often they have a house come up that in their eyes is a little bit special or at a very good price- but of course they could be saying this about any house just to get rid |

Would anyone buy a house without viewing? |

Estate agents will describe the property in order to get people to view the houses. They are probably hoping that using these words that it may appear to viewers that they are recommending the property as a good place to buy. |

because they want the buyer to view the property before they make an offer.
the buyer may pull out if they decide that the surveyors report is not satisfactory.
that why they inform the buyers to view.
dont be paranoid its not about your property |

They hope to clinch the deal , and there is no difference , some prefer saying it one way , while others the other way |
