Yes, i do, if you go to the irs.gov website theres a lot of
info on this, or go to a local taxprp office and ask them to
show you pub17 it states that birth control, hormone replace-ment therapy, etccc is tax deductible, also weight control
espenses, stopsmoking treatments, theres a lot out there,
just need to read a little. |

Prescription (the pill) yes, as a medical expense - but you have to itemize, and can only deduct the part of your med expenses that's over 7.5% of your income.
Over the counter items like condoms, no. |

Sure, if you itemize and have enough medical expenses for a medical deduction, then prescriptions are deductible. Has to be more than 7.5% of your AGl, which is a high threshhold. |
