It depends on how much money you maded each year. You don't have to report anything to the IRS if you made under I think 1200.00 if more than you should be filing a tax return.

Look at your payslip . The tax code should be 522L .This means you can earn £5225 per year without being taxed. This is roughly £100 a week or £400 a month. This is cummulative that means if you earn under the £100 in a week whats left rolls over to the next week. So it is possible if you were part time for 6 months this year . For example when you were part time you earned £50 a week £50 tax free rolled over to the next week if your tax code is not 522l contact Hmrc

you will need to contact the IRS...however there is an amount that you don't need to be taxed on...i believe it is the first $1200.

start with a telephone call to irs, then to your state tax dept.

good luck :)

They always take your taxes when you get your pay stub. Just take a look at it lol

old know all
If you're earning more than about £5,000 a year, you should be paying tax. Your employer should be deducting income tax and national insurance contributions from your pay. If you're working full time and getting less than £5,000 a year, you're employer is paying you less than the statutory minimum wage.

Ask your employer if you can fill out a W-2 form. If not, go to your local IRS office and fill out the W-2 form. If you don't pay now, when it catches up to you later, you'll pay back all the taxes you should have been paying plus the interest from the first day that you didn't pay. So at this rate, you owe 3 years worth of taxes plus interest. If I were you, I'd get a move on and take care of that before you get yourself in a deeper hole. If you're self-employed, you need to fill out a different form, not the W-2, but I'm not sure which one.

how is your employer paying you and not taking out taxes? If you get paid under a certain amount annually you don't have to file taxes.... if you're getting paid as an independent contractor (where you don't get a W2) you may be lucky enough to not get "caught" right away - but this is called getting paid under the table and is illegal - if you were ever audited you would have to back pay all three years of taxes PLUS have fines and penalties

I would talk to a tax advisor considering your specific circumstances
