Brown and his labour cronies never fail to amaze me with with there brass balled comments on how they are not responsible for this recessesion "Its a global problem"they groan.Yet they Boast that they are the party that has made are econamy so healthy all these years.
Face it Brown you made an econamy based on bad credit and debt and now its come home to roost.No doubt when he was chancler he knew this scenario was coming but probaly wasnt expexting to be the PM when the brown stuff hit the fan.

Before he was made a proxy British PM he was a financial moron, he had the PM's ear, ok yeah were in the EU now all these crappy little eastern European countries have joined so now we have to allow the influx if migrant workers. What did he think? that the employers weren't going to be greedy bastards hiring as many as possible for minimum wage and cooking the books on overtime. Good honest decent hard working British families are going without this Christmas, i wonder if all the poles lats and Lithuanians will be doing the same as they bolt it back home for Christmas with their hands full of money.

Whatever ones personal feelings about Brown,he was chancellor of the exchequer for 10 years.HE sold off our gold reserves at bloody silly prices,HE took the decision to bail out Northern Rock with 25 billion pounds of OUR money,and having seen that bank crash,as a man with 10 years fiscal experience as not just a 'money-man' but as chancellor of the exchequer SURELY it's not asking too much that he USES that experience and gets our national institutions into a decent position ready for the oncoming crash? Stop giving mortgages and loans to people who can't afford them,keep Great Britain's money within Great Britains borders,limit immigration-[I'm no racist,I merely live on an already overcrowded,overstreched,overtaxed island]-and don't pay bloody great bonuses to the f*cking idiots that blithely led our banking and money markets into this God-forsaken mess,who call themselves 'financial executives',but who coudn't run a bath!! Make them sell off THEIR houses,to help pay the people whos lives have gone down the crapper because of their greedy stupid self-centered innefficiency, and by CHRIST we'd hear some bleating then!! And don't forget,this buffon was NOT elected! Part nationalisation of the banks is the template which the rest of the european union is set to follow..
Ok,you can argue who's fault it was why we got in this state of affairs in the first place.But I hardly think its Gordons fault alone,more an indicitive of the way of how the global free market has been allowed to continue unregulated for so long.
Nobody was complaining 2 years ago when everybodys house price was through the roof and the economy was booming.
Im just amazed that this crash has come as a shock to a lot of people.What did anyone expect?It was bound to happen eventually,when billy no job was allowed a 120% mortgage with credit cards thrown at him left right and centre was the reason it was always gonna end in tears.

UK Government debt at the end of March 2008 was 614.4 billion pounds or 43.2% of GDP. And this was before the events of the last few weeks which does not indicate much prudence.
