I haven't yet. My last 2 are 00. We did direct deposit. My sister got hers Friday. I am getting pretty pissed. You can't get much higher on the list than 00. The IRS website keeps saying "Maybe you made a mistake". What the heck is that about? |

My soc# ends in 18. My rebate was scheduled for May 2nd. I'm still waiting! I had also had gone on to the IRS website and it had no info for me, "you have may have made a mistake. Please verify your personal tax data " . How scary is that! I am VERY disapointed and worried if it will ever come.
P.S. I had my 2007 tax refund direct deposited. |

Same here. We filed with turbo tax and of course had our fees taken out of our return. Now we have to wait for a paper check. My husbands ss# ends with 00 and the "where's my rebate" link still says there is no information for our rebate. Very upsetting!!! We were not looking forward to blowing this rebate. Husband has been slack of work and we really need it to pay our bills! |

I am getting the same message too....Info not found. Maybe they are really behind. I really need that money to get caught up on bills. My last numbers are 14 and was suppose to be deposited on May 2. I feel kinda relieved that I am not the only one waiting, but still puzzled.

Yes! According to the IRS agent I spoke to tonight, if you owed money with your 2007 return, your return is not processed until after April 15th. This would be just like not sending your return in until April 15th or after, Therefore, you will not receive your rebate according to the schedule. Also, according to the IRS website, your information won't show up until the day you are supposed to receive your rebate. So if you are not scheduled to receive your rebate until May 16th, for example, it will do you no good to check prior to that date. |

I called a 1800 # - and entered my info., and stated couldn't be found - yesterday i went to irs website.. and followed directions, and they stated 1500 refund, and received my "postcard" a few months back stating a refund.. re-entered ss# number on the 1800 # - nothing.. so.. I'll wait til tomorrow .. thinking the banks are probably getting it all in now - and won't show up til after midnight like normal... |
