When you filed did you select the RAL or RAC offered through most tax filing companies? If so that would explain it. If you chose one of these leave additional details and I will explain :o) |

The IRS website and Turbo Tax site says if you used Turbo Tax, and had the fees taken out of your refund, you will get a paper check even though you had direct deposit. They consider it and RAL. |

My boyfriend DID receive his on time; however, some banks hold the direct deposit for a day or two, especially on a weekend. If you don't have it by Monday, make sure you are eligible before contacting.
Did you make enough? Did you have a tax liability of at least $1? Did NO ONE claim you as a dependent? |

Nothing for me and my SS ends in 12. I did my taxes myself so no RAL... I make less than the 75K cut off and when I go to IRS.gov the "where's my stimulus check" button says they have no information... It's just frustrating when they say it will be in no later than May 2 and it's not there. |

If you havent recieved your check then whatever happened to me may be the very same thing thats happening to you.
I got my federal refund check direct deposit into my bank account. I waited until Friday and still didnt see the stimulus deposit in my bank. The problem was that I got my refund deposited by a third party, which was H&R Block.
I called the IRS and they told me since I did not pay H&R Block up front they had to get there share out of my refund, so my refund check had to be sent to H&R Block's bank account so that they could get their money and then H&R Block sent it to my bank. THerefore the irs did not have my banking info. So I have to get my stimulus check mailed and that will go out this Friday. |

it should be there, i would call the irs to find out, because your deadline has passed. there could be a problem in processing, or maybe its going to come by check but i would definately call to find out, you can get the phone number on the irs site |

What everyone is saying about the RAL's and having tax preparation monies taking out of your check in a LIE.
Both me and my husband used turbo tax with direct deposit. I did my taxes in feb, I just did his on apr 14th. His last two are 20, mine are 11.
He received his money on apr 28th. I'm still waiting. So....there goes that theory. Plain in simple, like all other things, the government is full of crap! We should have all known better then to think that they would do anything right! |
