i have not got mine yet but i found this i hope it is true....................................... entire revised timetable for rebate distribution wasn't available, so some of the following dates could be moved up.

My husband was primary on our taxes and his number ends in 03 we also did direct deposit. It is already Saturday and we have yet to receive anything. Sucks too 'cause I really really need it now! |

It's 6:01 am (Arizona) and I haven't received anything. I filed through Turbo Tax, did direct deposit, paid my fees out of my return and my last two are 05.
I read on one of these answers that if you filed through Turbo Tax and paid your fees out of your return and SHOULD BE in the first group with the lowest last two of you SS#, you won't get direct deposit, you'll get a check and it won't be for weeks.
If that's the case, then what's the point of putting a schedule up on the IRS website? That's absolutely misinformation! |

if you had any fees deducted from your refund, you will receive a paper check. this is called a third party transaction. IRS does not have your bank account info because your refund was sent another bank and they in turn deposited the refund in your account |

Nope, I keep checking the bank, nothing.. My husband been laid off since February, we sure can use the cash right now. I heard they are not sending any direct deposit on May 1, so what we get it on Friday.. Getting stress out, we need $$.
A friend told me she didn't get it because she made more then 75,000 didn't know there was a cut off, but we only made 73,000 so we are good.. But with medical bills, and my husband got cancer we can use the rebate, why is is taking longer.. I hope they will have it in our account shortly, they said off direct deposit May 2.. WILL SEE.. |

Do you mean the economic stimulus rebate? I just got mine today (last two digits of ss# - 03). I made a little over $12,000 last year and got $342...I'm confused as to why I didn't get more... |

I just checked and still nothing direct deposit. So did a search and just found this new schedule posted yesterday. Apparently the IRS couldnt handle the getting them out on time so here is the new schedule. Of course my soc sec number would end in 89 so will still be in the last group of direct deposit.
Here is what I found.

I am confused by the person who just said they checked the IRS schedule because when I literally just checked two seconds ago it still said that 21-75 will not get their DD until May 9. I spoke with an IRS agent via phone yesterday and direct deposits for 21-75 will NOT be here until Friday May 9 and she said they weren't doing them before unlike last week where they deposited daily yet the IRS site says they will do daily deposits. It you had any type of fee taken out of you refund you will receive a paper check. Some of you will get your deposit on Monday because your banks wait one business day to post ACH. If you believe you should have a rebate and are in 0-20 I would call you bank first thing Monday morning to see if you have an ACH deposit coming in. You can also try the IRS website and use the Where's My Stimulas Payment link and see if yours has been scheduled (won't work if it hasn't been) and lastly call the IRS at 800-829-1040 go to 2 and do not go to the rebate hotline as it is automated. Go to 2 and 2 and expect a 15 minute hold but you will get an agent and they are very helpful and will look up your information. Bush never said we were getting OUR rebates early. He said they were sending out millions ahead of schedule which they did. They sent out 2.4 million ahead of schedule. He never said the schedule was being moved up. Unfortunately MSNmoney incorrectly said all direct deposits would be done by Friday May 2 which was completely incorrect. |
