I received a letter from the IRS saying I should expext to receive my check by May 16. Well I havent received anything and neither has anyone I know. Whats going on???
I received the letter stating that I should expect it BY May 16th...it came Saturday May 17th. It only took 1 day in the mail. I would say in the next 2 days you should have it.
And I am so tired of people saying that they have not started to send them out yet. They are totally wrong. I GOT MINE!!!!!!!

Paper checks started being sent out May 9 which means that some people "MIGHT" get it early. The letter should have said "your check will be mailed NO LATER than May 16" Which means give it 2-3 business days to receive it. Good luck!

There was a person on here that got a paper check today...so they have been going out. Keep in mind that friday was the first day that paper checks were mailed. See the IRS website for more information! :)
