i am sorry but you are wrong they have started sending out paper checks already i have seen some and they say 2008 stimulus refund right on the front.
No, I haven't but to MEGAN Z. If you actually CALL the automated IRS hotline, they SPECIFICALLY state that paper checks have started going out. It is OBVIOUS that nothing is going according to schedule.

PS: Why are you asking if anyone got it if you apparently saw them? IF some did go out early and you happen to see one, then obviously someone did receive a paper stimulus check.

The people who are saying some got them already are correct. The bank has seen them and my sister in law deposited one in her account for a friend. So they are coming early.
The mass of them are going out this week. I can only hope mine goes out early as it is not scheduled until May 16. As much as I need it I havent' planned or accounted it for anything just in case.

My mother in laws best friend got hers on Tuesday. Her ss# ends with 08! We are waiting on a paper check and my husbands ss# ends in 00! I think it has to with the form you used also. She used 1040EZ and we used 1040A I hope it comes soon.
