Jackson hewitt aprove you for the RAL or did the deny you and send the amount owed to HR Block? It is not 2 loans and I did not file my taxes twice. Hr block gave me a loan based on my takes and Jackson and hewitt prepared my taxes. |

I did the reverse one year; took the loan with Jackson Hewitt then filed with HR block. The loan with HR Block was a loan, it was not your taxes being filed, since the tax season was not over at the time. You can file your taxes with whomever you wish, but just remember; you will STILL owe HR Block the loan amounts, otherwise your credit score will suffer. |

If you have current debt with HR Block bank, you will not receive a loan on your refund except possibly from HR Block bank. HR Block will subtract your current loan from your refund.
If you want to pay for your tax preparation up front, any preparer can do that for you. Then, you pay the HR Block Bank loan directly to the bank. |

They won't send the money to another creditor; that's illegal. However when they see the loan on your credit record they will deny any further loans.
You still owe Block Bank the money that you borrowed. That was purely a loan and had nothing to do with your tax return. If you don't pay it off on time, your credit rating will suffer and it's highly unlikely that you will receive any more loans from anyone. |
