You can go online to IRS.GOV and get free filing thereon. Stay away from H&R Block whatever you do. If there is an IRS office in your community they have walk in assistance to help you fill out your return in many of them. If you were a student in 2007 then your parents most likely took your dependency. When you fill out your tax form check the block releasing this. Enjoy your refund.

It is never too late to file your taxes. I doubt they are that difficult. You can find everything that you need at www.irs.gov.

DID YOUR PARENTS CLAIM YOU AS A DEPENDENT? HOW MUCH DID YOU EARN TAXES WERE DUE APRIL 15TH contact a tax advisor
Nicole H
You can file your taxes anytime within a three year period, however there could be penalities if you owe taxes. You must be certain no one else claimed you as a dependent. If they did you can still file a return but must claim zero exemptions on your tax form. If you are filing a tax return for college financial aid you will still need your parents tax return. FAFSA deems anyone under 23 and unmarried (or if you have children of your own) as a dependent student and they base your EFC on your parents income.

Yes, you can. You have up to three years from the due date of the return to get it in.
So you have until April 15th, 2011. After that date, if they owe you any refund, they get to keep it.
Just do them and send them in.

It isn't too late, go ahead and file it. If you are due a refund, you'll still get it, and there won't be a penalty for filing late.
