If you want to apply for PAN, go to nearest ofice of Unit Trust of India Investor Services Pvt. Ltd (alongwith passport size photographs, proof of Address and photo ID) as they are authorise to receive and process the application for PAN. Just fill up form 49A over the counter. You will receive PAN at your residence within 20 to 25 working days. In case of non receipt of PAN, UTISL will guide you.
