Why the naming and shaming...what on earth does that achieve. Are you not capable of approaching her and talking civilly with her to reach some sort of agreement or are you just too proud to do that. Communication could solve so many problems which are started as a result of split ups in marriage or partnerships.

If she is not working her CSA liability will be around £7 pw, even though it has put you in a bad position if she hasn't got it they can't take it

Hope that wasn't her real identity Brian, if so you may jeopardise any case you have.
Contact the CSA straight away, if they can't do anything then contact a solicitor to act on you behalf, you have just as much right as a single mother in this situation.

If she really is not working it will be very difficult if not impossible. If you can get some evidence that she is then contact the CSA.

You sound very bitter. If she is not working then that's probably why she has stopped paying. So really she doesn't owe you over £4k. If you are as hard up as you say, maybe you can claim some benefits or child working tax. It is not wise to get in a financial situation where you have to depend on your wife's child maintenance. Works the same way when a man doesn't make maintenance payments. Somehow you have to manage.
