How can I pay cash for a house and not report the income made to Federal taxes?

Additional Details
I have income that is all cash and I wanted to purchase a house paying cash, but not to report this cash made from the income to the Feds.

Any transaction involving $10K or more is reported to the IRS. When they see this and cross check to your zero income tax return, they will surely contact you with a few pointed questions. Any income, cash or otherwise, is taxable income and should be reported to the IRS.

The patriot act has also targeted purchases of real estate because terrorists had so much money in real estate in the US, here is an idea, pay your taxes like the rest of us you deadbeat :)

How are you making income by paying cash to buy a house? You don't make money unless you rent the house out or sell the house for profit. Explain what you are doing.

OhGreatWiseOneinHipWaders
What income?

You have only described a purchase, no income.

Tell the White House and your representatives to support the fair tax. No more withholding. No more income taxes. No more IRS.

You're a Republican, aren't you?

branjo_70
Very simple...you just don't report. However, you should go into this knowing that you will get caught. Accumulating assets are how most tax evaders are busted.

Enjoy your house while you can. I'm sure it's much nicer than the prison cell where you will be spending the next several years...and good riddance to you. I personally am tired of paying YOUR taxes!

There is no tax on a purchase. However, if you are not paying taxes on the income you receive, you are breaking the law.

It will be reported best thing to do is put in a off shore account like the Kennedys do and evade taxes that way.
