My husband has this problem with his ex. The CSA will always take the side of the mother, so if you have no proof that you gave her the money, theres not a lot you can do. Be careful, we have just had a letter from the CSA saying that my husband has to pay for 8 years back pay, even though he has always given cash week in week out without fail. Sorry!!! |

If they are pursing you for money then you need to tell them that you already pay her!! |

an enduring question. the best thing to do would be to pay the money into a bank account. |

Both parties need to come to an agreeable arrangement to take the CSA out of the equation, don't let her take you for a mug.
It's good you want to provide for your child/children but if she isn't being honest stop the extra payments. You can make sure your children are well provided for when they are with you.
It sounds like you may need legal advice or mediation of some sort. |

Stop paying her cash straightaway - and only pay through the CSA! |

tell the CSA! And get signed receipts from her in future. |

If you have been paying through the bank you will have proof. This happened to my brother years ago and was his saving grace. he could show regular payments had been made which turned out to be more than they would have made him pay |

Make sure that anything you do, re bank standard order or if she signs a bit of paper, that it states that it is for child support, otherwise they may not take it into account! |
