How do I combat income taxes?
How do you not file any returns and still not be blamed for fraud or for not filing taxes? I looked it up myself and saw there was no law. There is nothing saying that I had to pay federal income taxes But how do I fight it if I see that the IRS withheld money from my paycheck?

FIRST YOU GOT TO BE IN A TEACHABLE STATE OF MIND. THEN E-MAIL ME AND I WILL EXPLAIN MORE.

PLEASE READ.
http://www.outlawslegal.com/InvCont/incon.htm

BUT YOUR RIGHT THERE IS NO LAW THAT REQUIERS YOU TO PAY INCOME TAXES.

I HAVE A JOB AND I AM NOT EMPLOYED AND I GET A PAY CHECK AND I AM NOT A US CITIZEN OR A STATE RESIDENT.

AND YES I NEVER PAY FED INCOME TAXES.

Your premise is incorrect.

There is law that says that we must pay an income tax.

Here it is:

http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode26/usc_sup_01_26.html

Tax Protesters have a perfect record in court. They are batting .000.

I suggest you look it up again. Here are a few places to start.

http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/uscode26/usc_sup_01_26.html

http://evans-legal.com/dan/tpfaq.html

http://www.quatloos.com/

Every tax protestor in the past 90 years has lost every case where they claimed that they themselves did not have to pay income taxes. Note, the Banister "win" was because he wasn't in court about his income taxes. He was in court because of a return he completed for someone else. Banister was released, the man whose return Banister completed, was sentenced to prison. Banister has admitted many times that he pays his income taxes and files his returns. All other tax protestors have lost in court every time.

Someone has referenced some court cases as his source, you better actually read those. Those were criminal procedings and though the persons involved were found not guilty of CRIMINAL charges, they still had to pay their taxes. In fact, I'll just quote one of them here...

In U.S. v. Kuglin, CR-03-20111, near the end of the transcripts, pg. 776,
THE COURT: So anything else from the United States?

MR. MURPHY (Federal lawyer): Just one thing, to put Ms. Kuglin on notice, she has got to pay taxes, I think the court
ought to instruct her that that is the law. She has got to file returns and --

MR. BECRAFT (Lawyer for defense): Your Honor, that is going to be cleaned up totally.

THE COURT: Okay. Well, Mr. Murphy is not incorrect that it is the law, and I think what he's also saying is there will still be civil penalties.

MR. BECRAFT: I expect probably 90-day letters to be coming pretty quick.

THE COURT: Okay.

MR. BECRAFT: And there's going to be civil proceedings, and she is going to being take responsibility -- she is going to be doing things to respond to all of that like file returns, Your Honor.

<END QUOTE OF TRANSCRIPT>

So, if you want to foolishly follow believe Kuglin got away something, go right ahead. Please note the court said "Mr. Murphy is not incorrect that it is the law."

The other case, U.S. v. Long is similar. Long won his criminal case, but then lost his civil case and ended up paying taxes AND penalties.

So keep giving me thumbs down and believing tax protestor arguments. You will eventually get taken to court and you will lose.

Every year a number of people who believe that the income tax system is not legal receive an all expenses paid vacation to Kansas or some other exotic location. I have noted that a large number of Federal Correctional Officers live in or near those locations so they must be very appealing. Perhaps if you operate under the belief that there is no law requiring that you pay income tax long enough you will win one of those vacations.

You can't , it's a federal crime not to pay your taxes. Read your 1040 booklet.

How to combat income taxes....hmmmmm....you could always not work. Last I checked, unemployment still resulted in both $0 earnings and $0 in taxes.

Easy! Just earn less than the filing requirement amount for your filing status! For a Single taxpayer, under age 66 and not a dependent, that will be $8,750 for 2007. (But good luck surviving on that income!)

You are quite completely mistaken when you say that there is no law, however! The few fools who have tried to make that claim are in prison and are financially destitute. If that's what you want, go for it. Personally, I'll pay my taxes and keep my freedom.

John
If you are looking to fight IRS, then go court and sue them for withholding your money from your paycheck.

If you don't want to pay taxes, then board a plane and leave America for good.

Ummm....we all pay taxes....That's the rent we pay for being able to live here.
Of course, you could move to a 3rd World country, right?
