You'll have to contact the company and ask them to send you one. Or just be patient -- they may be planning on mailing them out anyway. If so, they have to have it in the mail to you by 31 Jan.

Have you moved since you worked there? Do they have your current mailing address?

i work for an h&r block ... they should still mail it to you no matter if you quit.... if not just go visit them and they can give it to you... or call them or have them fax it over to you....

if all else fails and you can't get a hold of them or nothing gets sent make sure you have the last paycheck and h&r block can make a estimated w-2 until the irs gets one for you

They should mail it to you. But you might call your former employer and ask.

They have to send it to you one way or another--I believe by the end of January.

Try www.w2express.com or www.w2adp.com or call the HR dept at your work and see if they have been mailed or could you go and pick them up. Your company will mail them to you. (they are required by law to mail them by 2/2/09).

It should just get mailed to your address on file with the company automatically. If you have moved since quitting you will need to contact their payroll to update your info.
