Multiply the amount in question by 0.65 - the figure shown will be the amount minus 35%.
E.G. Original Price £150, discount offered 35%. 150 x 0.65 = £97.50 is the new price.
To find the discount just multiply the original by 0.35 |

On some calculators, you can times it by 65 and press the % button (often 2nd function/shift etc. needs to be pressed). |

To find out how much you saved multiply by the discount.
