Give your former employer(s) your new address.

Reena
Contact the Human Resources Dept. of your old employer and give them your new address as soon as possible. Otherwise the old employers will send the W-2 form to the last address they have on record.

wartz
Put a change of address in at the post office.

Susan Fleming
The Post Office may forward them if you fill out a change of address form. Or you could contact the companies and give them your new address.

travelguruette
You advise your previous employer of your new address so they can mail them to you.

smills0205
Call the company and give them a proper address to mail it.
