If you have to send them money it is a fake. Someone giving away 1,000,000 pounds could afford the shipping on their own.

This one is real easy. It isn't legit. It's a very common scam. Respond, and you'll be asked for a delivery fee to deliver your non-existent "prize" |

MSN Lottery is a known fraud. Ignore the notice - they will
want you to pay a "small" fee, then send you a check they printed up themselves that will bounce higher than a rubber ball. Prior recipients of these notices have found the phone numbers and addresses they list for their offices were invalid or non-existant. |
