How long does it usually take to get your tax refund?
If I filed my taxes at the beginning of febuary, how long does it take for me to get my tax refund?

If you e-file direct to IRS, you should get your refund in approx. 10 days if you select Direct Deposit.

Tax Preparers who get taxpayers a check the same or next day are actually brokering a loan with a bank with your expected refund as collateral. You pay quite a fee (which is deducted from your refund by the bank) for that service, not to mention the tax preparation fees.

steve
E file to be deposited in a checking acc. 15 days.

Which February? 07, if you filed them yourself and mail it, you shouldve gotten a refund 4-6 weeks later. Did you owe money, move,
if you moved during the year and didnt advice IRS the check gets
sent back until you call them. If you owed money, the IRS automatica
lly puts your refund amount into what you owe.

It depends on the way you filed and if there are any reasons the IRS could hold your refund. I use a tax preparer and file to get a next day check. Otherwise it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to a few months.

13-28days

it depends on how you file. the fastest way to get your tax return is to efile. you give your banks routing number and your account number, and in about 2 weeks you have a deposit from uncle sam in your account.

If you send your taxes out through the mail it takes 4-6 weeks, If you e file and direct deposit then you should have a return in 7-15 days, if you e file and have the check sent through the mail it takes 14-20 days, and the quickest way to file and get a return is to do rapid refund through Jackson Hewit or H&R Block or somewhere like that and you can have your refund as soon as the same day you filed......

mathletee09
it takes like 2 or 3 weeks to get it
