How long is too long for a refund?

depends on the store you brought it from. most stores allow up til 90 days.

maybe you could sell it to someone else

you can always take it by the place you got it from and ask... Make sure you bring your receipt

90 days is usually the standard warrenty on a product.

90 days is the max. But some companies only allow 7 days. Check with them and find out. A phone maybe not any and a big fine...breaking a contract.

depends on the company you got it from call them up and ask there return policy

if it's verizon i'm sure you could.
