Well I spent over an hour on hold to the IRS...They told me it is on the way, My last 2 are 08...But still no money in my account. Then I called H&R block..I did my taxes online, but instead of paying them with a credit card i had them take it out of my return. Therefore it became a "3rd party" So the money was given to h&r block and then they put it into my account. So the IRS never got my account info. Long story short, I will be getting a paper check... :(. I think the goverment should have given out more info. This is just a nightmare. |

The Slayo..& BriarKat are just wrong. People really need those checks to pay rent, utilities & for once get a head. No matter if its just for a couple weeks. People are hurting & can really use this money.

there is a where is my stimulus payment, and I am in the same boat!!! I dont know why there was so much publicity that all DD would be done by 5/2. And for any one that says dont spend money before you get it.....many people were relying on this as they are just barely getting by!!! For many people this might just help them not totally fall apart!! It can be an issue of survival!!!! Not desire to spend. |

I'm in the same boat, buddy! I did the same thing, but it won't tell me where my money is either. Apparently, a lot of people didn't get their money. I'm guessing only time will tell. I've been reading over other peoples issues and some said that they spoke to the irs and it may take five days, I don't know... I guess we must wait. I know, it sucks. |

irs "wheres my money" is not working after trying it several times... i have not received mine either XX14 should of been here i called my bank nothing i don't even know anyone who got theres my boss is in the same predicament |

that guy is wrong their is a where's my stimulus check and mine said a mistake too and maybe your state was deposited and you got a federal check that is what happened to me |

My social ends in 07 and still nothing. I was on another site where so, so many people haven't gotten theirs either. It has nothing to do with us - it has to do with the IRS. My situation is unique because I paid my own fees, I used turbotax. I don't owe anyone, I have two children and I'm head of household. Still, no deposit for me. The IRS operator only told me that I'm entitled to one and I should check my account over the next 5 days. There is no reason I should have to wait for a paper check. If I had an answer, I would be satisfied, but it's the fact that nobody knows anything. That's the frustrating part. The IRS should have a pop-up disclosure indicating that they're behind in processing and/also that the "where is my stimulus payment" LINK is NOT WORKING. I heard they're going to issue a press release, but that doesn't help. |

I didn't get mine nor did a friend of mine. We both filed our taxes in Feb. with no problems. I don't think they were all deposited when the irs said they would be. If your check was offset due to any reason, you would get a letter in the mail stating it was offset and for what. |

It is weird that i have not heard of anyone receiving these checks yet..They went out a week early also, I wonder if this is just a cruel joke on us hardworking taxpayers??? I am checking my balance daily to see if my check has been deposited.... hmmmm nothing either...Good luck and I hope you receive your money soon.... |

I split mine between two accounts and obviously IRS is too stupid to pick just one to deposit my rebate, so now I have to wait on a paper check. Smart me for wanting to put money aside in a savings!!! |

I doubt your late mortgage payment has anything to do with it. If you filed through a third party and paid a fee to your 3rd party using your anticipated refund, you will most likely get a paper check in the mail. That mistake message means that it has not been processed yet. Never count on money you don't have..a lot of people are getting in trouble depending so much on this check. People should forget about it and then when it comes, it would have been "found" money.
It's not the governments fault that many people overextended themselves because they were counting on "free" money sooner then later. |

The IRS did not put up a "where's my stimulus payment" feature. They put up a "where's my refund" feature. Refund is not the rebate.
Lesson to learn -> don't spend money until you receive it. |
