How many people out there are upset, or outraged by the increase in GASOLINE PRICES?
I live in New York and contrary to news reports, the average price for 87% octane gas is $3.15 a gallon. It should be noted that New Jersey is on average 42 cents a gallon lower than New York. The news poses a question to it's readers:-
"How would you feel if gasoline was $4.00 a gallon? Isn't anyone going to do something to lower gas prices???? Let's hear from you all out there. What state do you live in and how much do you pay for Gas and how do you feel about it ? Enough Reaction may cause Action and the results could be forwarded to those officials that think they are running for office next term. No silly comments only people who answer the question. Thanks.......

I'm effing pissed off to say the least..I'm in MI and its averaging $3.30 here. I was totally shocked to be driving by all the $3.30 ones tonite and seeing a $3.09 one, so i got gas there even though i didnt really need it at the time. As far as the reason for it, they always have some BS excuse, i think it all comes down to greed...

I live in BC on Vancouver Island and today they announced that we are paying up to $.20 too much PER LITRE for gas!

Hey Beau.. some people have children to drive about. Some people are TOO OLD to cycle. I did not even LEARN to drive until I was 44 and had kids to chauffeur. Until then I cycled. So please spare us the lectures. Not all of us can follow the same agenda. Sorry but self righteousness is very ugly.

And consider that oil prices don’t only hit workers at the pump. They show up in rent and utility bills, the price of food, medicine, and anything made with plastic or carried by truck, train, ship or plane. High oil prices also push up the price of other energy sources, like coal and natural gas.

I have never had a big car, just little ones but the price of a tank has gone from $16 to $44 in the past few years.

Stations in Victoria charged the highest prices in the country at $1.227, with Vancouver close behind at $1.212. Drivers in Edmonton are paying the lowest prices in Canada at $1.052 a litre.

As Perry says, this is just the beginning alas. Let me cut and paste this following little agenda you should think about and be prepared for. Notice the first objective.

The Illuminati Plans for the United States Of America 2001-2010

-Elimination of fuel reserves. BTW there is PLENTY of oil on the planet still. Plenty. Although war and SUV's do tend to use it up fast.

-Creation of severe weather patterns designed to consume the remaining fuel.

-Utilities will be unable to cope with the demand

-Regional natural disasters so large that local and civil authorities are unable to handle them

-Rioting and chaos in major US cities

-Polarization of minorities creating a call from the minorities for a need for segregation.

-Martial Law declared to restore order.

-Economic/stock market collapse as a result of the disasters, lack of utilities, and planned chaos

-President will enact Executive Orders that in effect, will rescind the Constitution and civil rights

-The United Nations will be called in to restore order. This comes with waves of Chinese, Russian, and German troops

-Dissidents will be shipped for re-education to huge concentration camps already in place in the United States and Canada

-The United Nations declares that the US is too large to be administered as is, and will order it to be split into two districts; Eastern and Western

-The Eastern district capital will be Atlanta. The Western district capital will be Denver. This is why government offices and international super-airports were built in these two cities.

-Washington D. C. will becomes an illuminati cultural site and possibly even a religious center for them

-New York City will be declared the United Nations Capital city for the Earth and given special status. This is why New York State is called the ´Empire State´

-Undesirables will be eliminated via chemtrails "mosquito spraying," flu shots and other inoculations

-Radicals will be eliminated (if all goes according to their plans)

-Programming Centers will become standard sites for children to visit - Montauk Point, Santa Fe, Yelm, and Huntsville Space Center.

-All air force bases will be staging areas

-National parks will be declared International Sites and come under United Nations jurisdiction (done)

-All people will be issued identity cards that will contain their DNA

In Montana gas is 3.10 a gallon. Montana has two industries; tourism & agriculture. With gas prices rising tourism will be dead this year and agriculture is on the ropes. The seeds of a deep depression for our entire country's economy are being sown as we watch; and the world is never going to be the same.

I'm in North Carolina. Depending on where you get gas, it ranges from $2.89 to over $3.00 per gallon for unleaded.

I've proposed that the Federal and State governments suspend or eliminate fuel taxes, and that would bring down the price at the pump considerably, since most of what we pay per gallon of gas is tax. Do you think they would do that? When pigs fly! The politicians want our money!

We have the technology to convert from gasoline to alcohol in this country. We wouldn't need fossil fuels for anything but lubrication and plastics, etc... and we pump enough of our own oil to cover that. Motor oil can also be synthesized. But do you think the oil companies will convert to alcohol? Forget it! They'd rather keep the market price high, and let us pay $3 to $4 per gallon at the pump!

The oil companies say that the demand for gasoline from consumers is at an all time high. They claim that they don't have the refineries to keep up with demand. What did they do with the billions of dollars worth of record profits they've made gouging the American consumer? I think that's more than enough money to make new refineries!

The oil companies worry about storms in the Gulf of Mexico. There have been hurricanes and tropical storms every year for decades. We didn't pay $3 per gallon in the 1970's. Are hurricanes and tropical storms new inventions in the past decade?

Politicians will tell us that they are "concerned" about us having to pay big bucks at the pump. And the gullible American people will stick them in office. And as usual, nothing will be done. What does a politician care what gas costs? They live extremely well off of American tax dollars. So it could go to $10 per gallon, and it wouldn't hurt them a bit. But for the working man, it's a death throe.

Thanks for letting me vent!

I live in Saint Paul, Minnesota, I pay about 3.15 a gallon right now. I drive a Ford Focus 4 cylinder. I fill up a little less than once a week. Probably every fifth day.

I am not that mad truthfully. If people would actually live closer to their work, stop driving every where, purchase a smaller car, use less energy at home, and purchase local products it would not be that big of a deal.

I could easily lower my fuel consumption in my vehicle, but I am lazy and choose not to. As a result, I am subject to fluctuating gas prices.

We really have no one to blame but ourselves. We have become slaves to our vehicles, suburban lifestyles, large houses and little luxuries.

Please ignore the IDIOT above me. You will be really upset when the high gas prices precipitate an economic meltdown as they are intended to do. It is time for the world to stop trading in US dollars and the powers that be know it. The Federal Reserve didn't sell all of its bonds last quarter and have cut the length of term on this quarters bonds in half...the jigs up...we really are BROKE!

Make more money ! You will not be upset then.

We still pay a lot less than they do in Europe where it's well above $6 a gallon now.

BTW, this isn't a tax question.

I think people need to shut up about gas prices. Find a new source of transporation. Or a new energy source. In 50 years we will no longer have oil. The Reason the gas prices are so flipping high is because there isn't enough oil. . Get a bike.. bike your bum to work. You'll get in better shape. If you can't bike to work.. since you live far a way.. Move closer. Stop bitching about it.. and do something. change the way you commute to work. change something or else when we don't have any oil.. what are you gonna do?... grr.
