I don't understand ...Did u only work for 3 months & already got ur'e income tax info?? U not very plain about this...in any case try turbo tax...If ur'e not going to get back under $300..( I think...or could be $500) . It's free!!! & if u file on the internet, they send it to u w/ in a week. |

No way to tell without knowing your income amount for the year, your marital status, whether this is your only child, how old you are and who you live with. Post again with that info and somebody can give you a better answer.

well it really depends on how much you made for the year as i have seen you have been told. the max you can get back is around 4 thousand with earned income credit. the best way i can explain how this works is its like a see saw effect. 18,000 is the middle (about) if you make more or less than this the 4,000(about) goes down. so say you made 24000 in this last year you may get closer to 2500 back in earned income credit, the same if you made only 11,000. now this isnt exact, but i just did my taxes online at turbo tax.....and if you made less than 37,000 last year you can file free through the IRS online.......and i have one dependent i made 25,000 last year and i am getting back 2600 in EIC. hope this helps you. but if you want a closer look at your personal taxes you can go to turbo tax and they will calculate it for you with out you having to have the employer id or actually sending it in..you dont even have to sign up for anything, but they was pretty accurate with mine. only 100 short...so. hopefully this helps you out a little bit. |

Your baby counts as a full deduction for the year 2007. It would even be counted as a full deduction if it was born on December 31, 2007 at 11:59PM. |
