It depends on several things. How many pre-tax deductions are you taking? 401k? Medical? FSA? Next, it depends on how many dependants you put down when you were first set up. Finally, what state do you live in? State income taxes vary wildly.
However, assuming absolutely no pre-tax deductions, and you're filing as a single person, and your state does not have an income tax you would be looking at the following:
$7,500 - gross monthly income
-465 FICA
-109 Medicare
- 1,610 Federal Income Tax
= 5,316
One more thing - everyone who believes anyone making $90k+ is too busy to do their own taxes, you're flat wrong. I make around that much, and I can't even afford to purchase a home; and I'm somewhat frugal. |

Depends if you are married or not, how many dependents you have and if you itemize deductions or not. IRA's and other deductions too... |

Wow sorry you're getting dumb answers.
A salary of $90,000 would probably fall between the 40-50% tax range which would bean that you would probably take home around between $45,000 and $60,000 a year, divide that by 12 and that works out to around $4000 - $5000 a month...
But it all depends if you have dependants and other things that could affect how much tax you pay. |

It all depends on whether you are single, married, kids, no kids, deductions, etc.
Generally the tax rate is about 30%. So one third of 90K is 30K. Your annual income after rape....er.....TAXES is about 60K.
Again, this is just a generalization. But I am single and my tax rate here in Utah for everything is about 30%. |

you can figure this out yourself
MediCare and SS are 7.65% of your gross pay
income tax can be figured out by getting the 2007 or 2008 [if available] estimated tax forms from irs.gov and figuring your income tax liability for one exemption [yourself] and standard deduction -- divide this by 12 to get monthly figure.
do same for state/city income tax as appropriate and voila! subtract all taxes from 7500 per month gross income |

Every financial situation is different--I'd check with an accountant or go with the 30% ffigure for a generalization. Good luck! |

depends on how many taxes you have taken out of your sallary and how many different things you have declared

Someone making 90k would have an accountant. Not be asking how much they're gonna pull in on Yahoo Answers. |
