As long as you didn't claim to many dependants on your W2 more than likely you wont have to pay. If you claimed 0 or 1 you might actually get some money back. Usually you don't have to worry about owing taxes until you start making a substantial amount of money and you claim a lot of dependants to improve your current disposable income.

If the income was on a W-2, and you are single, no dependents, not a dependent, and don't have any extra deductions, your federal tax would be $628. Amything you had withheld for federal income tax would be applied against that.

it depends on exemptions, medical bills possibly, if you had kids that you claimed as dependants, if you were married. its not just simple math. try using a free online tax program.
