Don't know it beats me. What is a winer? and a lotary? and a doller?

Sorry, you don't - the email is a scam, and there is no such lottery. If you respond, they'll tell you that you need to send them some money for a courier fee or some other fee before they can send your prize - that's where the scam comes in. There is no prize, you'll just lose your money if you send them any.
I've gotten many of these emails.
This same question usually gets asked here a couple times a day.

There is no lottery. You have not won anything. It is a scam to dupe gullible people.

You have not won a lottery. It is a criminal attempt(scam), to get money from you. Do not give information about your bank account, or send a payment. There are many of these scams sent out every day. Delete the email.
