First you have to calculate the capital gains. Prepare your other incomes if any. Calculate how much tax is to be paid by you. After calculating the tax pay the amount of tax at any bank in Challan No. ITNS 280 .

SANTOSH KUMAR
If your short term gain is your only income and below Rs 160000.00, you need not to pay any taxes. Please get your net tax liability calculation from a knowledgable person like tax consultants etc and if tax become due then pay it through challan no 280. This is available on web site www.incometaxindia.gov.in You should fill this challan and submit to nearest bank accepting income tax. Bank will provide a receipts of tax received. You should use this receipts while filling your incometax return for the year.

Priya
You will have to pay self assessment tax through challan No./ ITNS 280. The amount can be paid through cash or cheque or through net banking in any bank accepting the tax payments. For e payment of tax you can use the given link

You have to pay your personal taxes as 'Self Assessment Tax' thru Challan 280. You can pay tax physically in any nationalised bank or make e-payment thru NSDL. Check the site
