In my county, is the County Auditor's website. Some counties use other names. the clerk of courts can point you to the correct source. Wherever you are it should be public record.

Go to registrar of deeds and ask.

The county recorder has these records in Indiana. But it's hard to sift through them sometimes, because not every county has plat maps which show the parcels of land and their owners. Some just have records of the deeds and the legal descriptions.

Go to your County Assessors Office! They have the lists of ALL sites within the County you are interested in. They will probably have you go in and look it up yourself, but they'll show you how, Have fun and Good Luck!!!

your county recorders office will have the records you want

aka Astra
type the county and "appraisal district" into a search engine

or try tax assessor or collector along with the county. Depending on what state you are in, you should be able to get to the applicable site this way. Some counties do not have online lookup & you have to go down to the tax office in that county. You may have to pay a fee for the record depending on the county, but it is public information and available to you.
