http://www.irs.gov/efile/index.html

In the Individual Taxpayer row click the Free File program.

If you have additional questions use the IRS FAQs at http://www.irs.gov/faqs/index.html

I've been using TaxAct for years. I use the software, but you can fill out, print and mail a return on-line. (Or file electronically for a few dollars.)

Sra M answer is correct

You can go to www.taxactonline.com or simply to the IRS site, and it will guide you to other sites as well. www.irs.gov

Your return is probably very simple -- NO need to pay someone to prepare it... the online free sites like the ones I mention walk you step by step through the return. Believe me, if I can do it, anyone can.
