These are not had and fast rules but generalizations that are usually true in similar circumstances
You MAY be entitled to some Social Security Benefits if you're a full time student, but that only lasts until you're about 24 or 25.
You might also be entitled to a portion of any social security pension you mother might have had if she were employed by the state or federal government.
If she was retired and collecting her regular Social Security benefit you will not receive any of that money. |
