Make a decision how much they thing you should pay until they catch up to you, get an attachment to earnings, deductions from benefit, take you to court, get liability order, send baliffs round, put you in prison.

They will eventually catch up with you especially through the inland revenue...if you are not earning enough you can talk it through with the Citizens advice centre and take it from there. I know some mother's who never got a penny from their partner....therefore the CSA let them down.If you have a concience though you will contribute to your chil/children no matter how little....
