You need to file an amended return.

File an amended tax return. The IRS gets copies of 1099s and they will catch you. They won't let you know for 3-4 years so they can hit you with penalties and interest. It is better to file an amended return now.

Before filing a 1040X make sure you have not already included the income on your return. Since you are to report all self-employment income regardless of whether you receive a 1099 for it, it should already be on the Schedule C you filed.
If it is not included, you will need to complete a 1040X, along with a revised Schedule C and Schedule SE.
