yup, I called my bank yesterday and they saw a deposit going in today for the stimulus rebate. woohoo!! Pay some bills..then its shopping time :D |

My husband and I were also suppose to receive ours by today (the 9th), but did not. Same thing with my parents, theirs too was suppose to be deposited today and was not.
I wonder why some received theirs on time and others did not? We qualify and owe no back taxes or anything like that and our 2007 taxes were filed way before April 15.

I was not happy reading posts on this site about the stimulus checks. Go to:

So according to this information on the site listed above, if you used TurboTax, H&R Block Taxcut, etc, (which we used H&R Block), and paid out of your refund instead of with a credit card, you will receive a PAPER check being that these places use temporary accounts (third party) where then the third party sends the money to your account. The IRS has no record of your bank account info if you paid out of your refund and used a third party. That is a major bummer!

Your stimulus payment will be sent to you by mail since you used the simple pay method. The check will be sent to the address listed on your tax return. If this address is not correct please call 1-800-829-1040 to change your address.
