It is a "SCAM" that's been going around. If you send them
any money, you won't here from them again. If you win a
lottery, you go to them to collect, and it should never cost you
a cent. It has been on the news many times.
"If you didn't enter. You didn't win." <}:-}) |

It's a very common scam, so just delete it - you didn't win anything. If you send them the money they are asking for, you won't see it again and still won't see your "prize" since it doesn't really exist. |

This is a well known scam.
No legit lottery demnands a processing fee nor can you win a lottery you never entered and no one bought you a ticket in . It would be helpful perhaps if you would report the scam to the postal service or email provider and see if they can or will prosecute |

Whenever you receive any message by mail or email that says you have won some prize or money, and the sponsors require you to pay money in order to "win" your prize----no matter how legitimate the sponsor may appear----your scam-alert antenna should go up. The message you received is a classic form of fraud. You should never respond to such messages, even in jest, as you will only get more such fraudulent offers in the future if you do.
Just remember the following basic principle and you won't get taken. If you are offered something that seems to be of value, but you are required to rely on the offerer to verify its existence, and you are then required to pay or wire cash or send something else of value that you will have no way to recover, then you are dealing with fraud. I would suggest that you go rent the film "House of Games" for some insights into the world of scams, as you will learn the principles well.
Of course, the old adage, if it's too good to be true, it probably is, also applies here. |

SCAM!! Delete, I've only received like 30 of those in the past two months. A lot of people have been scammed out of their life savings because of this. Some even go as far as sending you a check, don't cash it because in a week it'll come back NSF and your bank will come to you looking for their money. |

I would definately not suggest for you to proceed with this as it is just like spam and can steal your identity. Bad idea! |
