Based on the lack of other information provided, it is impossible to say. |

No way to tell from the info given, but you are allowed to file as married filing separately, not as single. If your total tax liability, if any, is more than you have paid in, then you'd owe the rest. Without knowing anything about your income, there's no way to tell. |

Maybe yes, maybe no. We dont know your tax situation. You do lose some credits. If the first person to file itemizes then the 2nd person must itemize even if they do not have itemized deductions and they lose the standard deduction. |

Its very possible. Usually when couples are separated their attornys will work between them so they can continue to file married until a divorce is completed. Its almost always better to filed married vs. single (assuming you aren't a head of household), but your situation could be different. |

You may. The deductions are lower. |

Like we said the last time you asked this question, we can't tell you unless we know more details. The most important question is: Do you have an income? If you don't, you don't owe any taxes. If you do, you will probably owe some taxes on that money -- but that totally depends on *how much* income you have, and on other circumstances as well (are you supporting your husband? Are you supporting minor children, or other household members?)
We can't answer your question with the limited information you have provided. |

you can try and see how it will work out, remember that this year you will loose a lot of deductions because of the bail out. which means our taxes will increase. |
