Sorry, but if you were notified of your win through an email, it's just a scam, you didn't win anything. This is a very common scam right now.
If you bought a ticket in the UK lottery, and the numbers on your ticket were drawn, then contact your local UK lottery office. I don't think there's a VAT on lottery wins. |

Did you buy a ticket at a shop or is this an e-mail notification?
If an email delete it.
If you bought a ticket then then no VAT is payable. |
