I was expecting to get my tax rebate today through direct deposit. I am in the last group, originally scheduled to receive the rebate on May 16th. However, that was based on the old dates and rebates were going out 4 days in advance so I was expecting it today, the 12th.
I filed back in February, through H&R Block, and choose regular direct deposit (not loan anticipation or debit card from H&RB). Did I have my dates wrong? Does someone know when is the correct date? |

My husband's SS # is 57 and we received our deposit last Friday morning, the direct deposits are on Friday only so if you are in teh last DD group yours should be in this coming Friday. They were not early for most people. |

Nothing is 'early' at this point. The 5/16 deposits are scheduled for 5/16. |

I could be wrong, but I beleive the only payments that went out early were for the first round. If you are scheduled for direct deposit on 5/16....you will get it on 5/16 and I don't think they will come any earlier. Keep in mind, you will only get direct deposit of your stimulus pymt if your tax return had your banking information on it. If you received a direct deposit for your refund from a tax service, such as H&R Block, make sure that your refund did not go through h&r blocks bank first, before it went to yours. If so, you will get a paper check and those start going out in June. |

I was scheduled to receive my direct deposit as well on May 9th. I filed in february through turbo tax and I still haven't received my rebate either. My digits are 33.... many that I know have received theirs.... but not me.... |

I know a few people who have gotten them as expected. Alot of my friends haven't received them yet and some who have did not get what they were expecting.... a lot less. |

I did my taxes this year in March through TurboTax and I was scheduled to have my rebate via direct deposit on May 9th. My last 2 numbers of my SS are 47 and I still have not received it to this day (May 12th).
1-866-234-2942 is the rebate hotline at the IRS. I have been calling it all day but they are experiencing a "heavy volume of calls" and no one answers
