The stimulus check is from the IRS, so unless your state's tax deadline has already passed, I don't see how it would affect your stimulus eligibility. Still, I'm assuming that the deadline was April 15th, in which case, it probably affects your standing with the IRS as well. |

Rebate is from federal so you will still get the rebate.
Also in the first lot only those whose return was processed by April 15, 2008 are getting the rebate.
Go to www.irs.gov. Click Where is my Refund? Then click Status of my Stimulus Rebate. or #01-866-234-2942

hm i think you should since it is from the fed govt. if you did direct deposit it should be there like now to a week from now. if not, you will get a check in the next 2 months. |
