I dont have the bank account my federal was deposited in....how and when will i get my check?
The only way your check will be deposited into a bank account is if you checked direct deposit, if you did not you will get a paper check. Go to CNN.Money for info on when the check will be mailed out

What do you mean when you say, "i dont have the bank account my federal was deposited in?" Did you close the account? Or did you have it deposited into some else's account?
If you closed the account, the payment will bounce and be returned by the bank. The IRS will cut you a paper check and mail it out to you, typically 4 to 6 weeks after the payment bounces.
If you had it deposited to someone else's account (VERY foolish!) and the account is still active and you're still listed as an authorized owner or depositor then it will be deposited to that account. It will be up to YOU to recover the money from the account's other owner.
.
If it was put into someone elses account, you have a problem. Call the IRS.
