All of the Turbo Tax fees were deducted from my refund - the description on the deposit says "FRANCHISE TAX BD TAX-REFUND"...

if fees were taken out of your refund then the will mail you a paper check for the rebate

For the fees to be taken out, your refund was sent by the IRS to Block or whatever preparer, then they took out your fees and deposited the rest to your account. The IRS had THEIR account info, not yours, so can't very well deposit your rebate to your account when they don't know what it is. So you'll get a paper check in the mail.

check the irs website at irs.gove then go to the section "wheres my stimulas paymnet" then go from there it may be mailes out to you

Because you let Turbo Tax intercept your refund so they could take their fees, you fixed so the IRS has to MAIL you a paper check. (TT overlaid your bank data with theirs; your legal agreement only covered your original refund.)

By the way, the ACH notation you reference was for your STATE refund.

You will get by paper check.
Also in the first lot only those whose return was processed by April 15, 2008 are getting the rebate.

Go to www.irs.gov. Click Where is my Refund? Then click Status of my Stimulus Rebate. or #01-866-234-2942
