Yeah the letter says "by" May 23rd.....if you are pretty close to texas, you may get it by Sat the 24th or tuesday the 27th.....Monday is a holliday. |

My letter said expect payment "By" May 16th and I got it today, May 19th. I think its suppose to match the website when it says it will be issued on the 16th. You will most likely get it Saturday or Tuesday cause Monday is a holiday. |

YES I recieved the same notice and it said 'BY' the 23rd and the site says 'ON' the 23rd. Again, we are being misled and I know its not totally a good thing, but at least we know it will be coming soon. My fiance got a notice saying it will be deposited 5/16 today and its past 5/16 and he did recieve the direct deposit, so of course that had us going ,, duh,, also , anyways, we feel this is due to the fact that things got rushed out throught the system and we have alot of issues with our mail here, as it could also be for others depending on where you live. So with this in mind BEST OF LUCK and hope you get your check soon. |

Friday is May 23....that is when they will mail it out...depending on how long the post office takes you should receive it soon. |

were you expecting it to be DD? it sounds like you will be getting a papercheck which may be mailed on May 23 and would probably reach your destination 2-3 business days after that date |

The wording on the letter is poor. It's really the MAIL BY date, not when you will have it in your hand. Figure on sometime the following week. |

our letter says the same thing..today is the 23rd and so far it is not in our dd account and the mail has not run yet so i dont know which one we will get..our refund was direct deposit so hopefully we will get it today!! i hope you do too!! |

You'll probally receive it by next monday and since next monday is a holiday (Memorial Day) it will probally come next tuesday. |

I believe it states is "scheduled" not "received by you.
If you get it on the 23rd consider yourself lucky, it then means it was mailed out today. |
