They ask for money first. This is a tell tale sign of a scam. If you had really won this "lottery", then I am sure they would be happy to hust deduct the courier cost from your winnings. Don't do it. |

Yes it is false, because i get one about every week and i have not entry neither..The best thing to do is spam it and let it go. Things like that is what gets people in trouble..I got a e-mail this morning where the guy was trying to get me to allow him to send me some money and set up acct. for him....No way would ido that so i spam it...GOOD LUCK |
