You will add your income from both jobs to file your 2007 1040 tax form, you'll get a w-2 from both employers |

YOU STILL HAVE TO REPORTED EVENTHOUG IT WAS A SMALL AMOUT. JUST BRING YOUR W-2 TO YOUR TAX PREP & THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDED AND REPORTED IF YOU EMPLOYER GAVE YOU A W-2 |

You owe taxes on ALL income. If you were an employee on two jobs, you just add up the W-2s and that is your total wages for the year. . .
If your second job is contract labor and you won't receive a 1099, then it isn't reported to the IRS or Social Security. If your asking, then do you pay on your income? Legally you are supposed to and morally, that's up to you. |

You have to file any amount that you make on the second job. |

Add up all your income from your W2's and use that figure. |

last time i checked if you are earning more that $500.00 on the part time, then you should file for it.
here is a thought, instead of a part time job, why not a part time business, that way instead of just filing for the income you can have a tax write off aswell or 1099 |

No, you'll get a W2 from the part-time, but since you only had a couple of paychecks, you should get back all you paid in Federal taxes |
